About the Role

As a Customer Relations Representative, you play a key role in our daily operations and customer success. You'll act as a bridge between customer needs and our agency, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Whether you're helping clients with policies, providing top-notch service, or identifying opportunities to enhance their coverage, your work will directly contribute to the agency's success and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships - Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Deliver Outstanding Service - Assist with inquiries about policies, coverage options, claims, and billing.
Drive Business Growth - Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services.
Follow Up with Clients - Ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

What We're Looking For

Experience in Sales or Customer Service (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing experience is a plus!)
