Sarah has over 25 years of experience as a State Farm Agent. Our office has been proudly serving Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach and the surrounding communities for 12 years. We currently have 14 team members. We offer the following benefits: retirement, group life, and in office promotions. Our team is close knit and family oriented.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sarah Mclendon - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain client records and update information as needed.
Assist with customer retention strategies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
