Division of Facilities Management - Southern District:
The Division of Facilities Management exists to plan, design, construct, operate, maintain and manage the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) facilities and campuses according to all applicable standards in a manner that promotes the CDHS mission of providing a safe, sanitary and effective environment for clients, youth, residents, consumers and staff and enhances the quality of life in CDHS facilities and campuses.
Agencies served are: Colorado Mental Health Hospital in Pueblo (CMHHIP), Pueblo Regional Center (PRC), Division of Youth Services (Zeb Pike, Spring Creek and Pueblo Youth Services Center) and the four nursing homes in the southern district. Total Facilities are approximately 2 million sq. ft. at multiple sites in over 110 buildings.

This unit exists to perform Housekeeping and Custodial services to assure that the facilities and client environments are cleaned and maintained according to all applicable regulatory standards, and provides a safe sanitary environment for clients and staff. Meet the facilities needs of the Department of Human Services Southern Region customers while managing available resources to provide a physical environment at the highest quality possible.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must have three (3) months of cleaning experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:
Must be willing to travel to different site locations within your assigned region, utilizing a state vehicle.
Must possess and maintain a valid Drivers License.
