With over 30 years of growth and expansion across the country, we're hiring experienced Tree Climbers and Crew Leaders to join our high-performing team.Why You'll Love Working at SavATreeWork outside on scenic residential and commercial propertiesJoin a highly trained, safety-first team with top-of-the-line equipmentOpportunities for advancement--we promote from withinFull benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), and morePaid training, certifications, and continuing education supportWhat You'll DoAs a vital member of our General Tree Care Team, you will:Climb, prune, and remove large shade trees and ornamentals using ropes, saddles, ladders, and bucket trucksOperate chainsaws and rigging equipment safely and effectivelyExecute tree care services including removals, cable bracing, and hazard assessmentFollow all safety procedures, including ANSI A300 and Z133 standardsMentor and lead team members (Crew Leader role only)Deliver excellent service to customers and represent SavATree with professionalismWho We're Looking ForAt least one year of experience climbing without spurs in a professional settingFamiliarity with pruning practices and identifying tree/shrub speciesUnderstanding of proper climbing and rigging techniquesProficiency in the use of chainsaws, aerial lifts, and other tree care toolsStrong communication and teamwork skillsLeadership experience and Crew Leader certification (preferred for Crew Leader role)What You'll NeedA genuine passion for working outdoors in a physically active roleA valid U.S. driver's license (CDL strongly preferred)Authorization to work lawfully in the U.S.Must be a minimum of 21 years oldYour Future at SavATreeAt SavATree, we don't just offer a job--we offer a place where you can thrive.
