Job Title:  Partnerships Game Day Activation Intern

Reports to : Sr. Manager of Partnership Activation

Department: Partnerships

Position Summary:

FC Cincinnati is seeking a Partnerships Game Day Activation Intern who is a highly motivated self-starter and eager to learn the game day responsibilities associated with sponsorship fulfillment. The Partnerships Game Day Activation Intern is a paid position to start in February 2025 (approximately) and finish in November 2025 (approximately). This person will have the primary responsibility of assisting the Sponsorship Fulfillment team with game day activations for sponsors. This entails working all home games and various sponsorship events scheduled throughout the season. This role will average 6hrs/week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with game day preparation, breakdown, and execution of activations
  • Engage and interact with fans to promote various sponsored promotions
  • Host clientele in the partnership suite on matchdays
  • Collect images, videos, and other materials for sponsorship recaps
  • Provide support to sponsor related activations on game days
  • Manage all sponsor related equipment and supplies and ensure they are in proper working order
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and self-motivate

What You’ll Need:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Sports Management, Marketing, or Business
  • There are physical requirements to this position including sitting, walking, standing, lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours including but not limited to weekends and holidays as required by the FCC game schedule, special events, and projects
