Position Responsibilities
Partner with an experienced HR Business Partner and department leaders on workforce needs, talent strategies and organizational changes.
Collaborate on recruiting, internal transfers, job postings and interview processes.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date job descriptions, leveling and compensation alignment.
Advise on HR policies, employee relations and terminations.
Support key HR processes like annual compensation reviews and cross-functional HR coordination.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR), business or related field.
2+ years of HR experience.
HR certification preferred.
Ability to build relationships within multiple layers of the organization and handle confidential information.
