LaSalle Network is partnering with a fast-growing construction company to hire a Construction Accountant who will play a mission-critical role in driving financial accuracy, efficiency, and process innovation. Construction Accountant Responsibilities:

• Lead customer billing each month, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements

• Track receivables and resolve overdue balances quickly and effectively

• Manage subcontractor payments and compliance documentation

• Drive the job close-out process with precision

• Support audits and ensure adherence to GAAP and internal controls

• Champion ERP upgrades and process improvements

• Contribute to general ledger reconciliations, financial reports, and month/year-end closes

• Assist in building and refining financial controls and procedures

Construction Accountant Requirements:

• 5+ years of project accounting experience in construction

• Expertise in billing, invoicing, job cost accounting, revenue recognition, and WIP reporting

• Strong communicator who collaborates across internal teams and with external partners

• Process-focused mindset with a track record of identifying and implementing improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy
