Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Composites Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing team focused on custom automotive components. This is a 1st shift, 90-day contract-to-hire role offering long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Lay up and trim composite parts using hand and power tools
Work with molds, resins, and curing processes
Inspect and finish parts to meet quality standards
Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Experience with composite materials or fiberglass preferred
Ability to read work instructions and use measurement tools
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Capable of standing for long periods and doing repetitive work
Comfortable using hand tools and sanding equipment
