Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and articulate Communications Representative to serve as a key point of contact between the company and its customers, partners, and internal teams. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are interested in public relations, customer engagement, and brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate company products, services, and messaging clearly and consistently
Support internal and external communication initiatives
Assist with presentations, written materials, and brand content
Maintain accurate records of communications and customer interactions
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams
Represent the brand professionally at events or promotions
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and data entry skills
Prior experience in communications, customer service, or marketing (preferred, not required)
