Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Prepare and Operate CNC machine in relation to custom cabinetry.
• Cabinetry knowledge/experience along with knowledge of and ability to utilize basic carpentry hand tools and machinery.
• Translate instructions into computer commands so the machine can perform the correct function.
• Work from architectural or shop drawing to produce desired result.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments.
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.
• Ability to work under time constraints effectively.
• Be detail oriented and a team player.

SKILLS & DUTIES

• Proven experience as CNC Operator
• Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM
• Demonstrate good troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated
• Hardworking and reliable

• High School Diploma, GED or Trade School graduation
• 2+ years of CNC experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• At all times, employees are required to be fit for duty.
• Employees are required to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Employees stand for long periods of time.
