Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned properties.
• Handle duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Empty trash receptacles, dispose of waste in a sanitary manner, and keep waste disposal areas clean.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, and kitchen fixtures.
• Maintain a regular cleaning schedule that complies with the hygienic standards of the industry.
• Operate various types of cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Restock consumable items such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies.
• Ensure doors and windows are locked after cleaning areas.
• Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Report any necessary repairs or replacements as needed.
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests as required.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and active policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a cleaning role, preferably within commercial environments.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals, including their safe handling, risk factors, and disposal methods.
• Aptitude for working with minimal supervision in a trustworthy and reliable manner.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs as necessary.
• Excellent time management skills to handle the fixed schedule from 5 pm to 9 pm.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members and management.

• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check prior to employment.
