Clean Team, a leader in commercial cleaning services, is excited to announce a job opening for a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner. This role is based onsite in Grand Ledge, operating Monday to Friday from 5 PM to 9 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout assigned commercial properties.
• Handle specialized care for different surfaces such as floors, windows, and fixtures following company guidelines and standards.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment with care and report any malfunctions or shortages.
• Follow a defined schedule to ensure all tasks are completed timely and in an organized manner.
• Ensure restocking of supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform inspections and leave the sites in an orderly state.
• Assist in setting up, moving, or taking down furniture or equipment as required by specific contracts.
• Report any observed damages, malfunctions, or necessary repairs in the working areas.
• Engage with clients courteously and professionally while on site.
• Maintain communication with team members and supervisors to ensure all duties are understood and completed as directed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or similar roles preferred.
• Able to handle physical demands of the job including standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to comply with all company guidelines and procedures.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Availability to work the specified hours from Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 9 PM.
• Effective communication skills with a proficiency in English.
• Proactive in addressing client's needs and concerns.
