Vargo Trucking Inc., based in Blasdell, NY , is hiring dependable Class B Truck Drivers for local, home-daily routes . We’re a family-run company committed to providing steady work, great benefits, and a positive, safety-first environment.

Operate Class B dump trucks and roll-off trucks (standard and automatic transmissions)
Safely haul loads to local job sites— no overnights or long hauls
Perform daily inspections and keep your truck clean and well-maintained
Secure loads and follow DOT and company safety regulations
Interact courteously and professionally with customers and crew
Work consistent hours with optional Saturday availability
Valid Class B CDL
Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical & drug tests
High school diploma or GED
Dump truck or roll-off experience is a plus , but not required—we’ll train the right person
Strong decision-making skills and a commitment to safety
$23–$30/hour , based on experience
Paid vacation, holidays, and personal days
PTO accrued annually (in line with NYS regulations)
Healthcare : 50% of individual plan covered after 45 days
IRA with up to 3% company match
Company-paid uniforms after 90 days
