Summary

Provides leadership and ensures the organization has the appropriate operational controls, administrative reporting, procedures, and human capital for operating efficiency. Authorizes evaluations in various departments and ensures attainment of goals and objectives. Serves as the executive in the absence of the CEO. Support adherence to BH’s compliance and ethics program, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.

Education

Essential:

• Master's degree required.

Experience

Essential:

• Seven years or more of related leadership experience in the acute hospital environment.
