Develop and manage firm-wide policies that adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Oversee administrative and support functions, including compliance, human resources, and financial controls.
Build scalable operational frameworks that support growth while maintaining flexibility in a rapidly changing financial landscape.
Optimize organizational structure to ensure operational efficiency and excellence.

Assume the role of Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to ensure adherence to compliance standards and quality control measures, collaborating with both internal and external partners.

Client Experience:

Uphold and enhance the firm's commitment to providing a world-class client service delivery model.
Work with teams across advisory, client service, investment management, and marketing to ensure seamless communication and impactful client interactions.
Lead the creation and execution of initiatives that enhance client service and drive firm-wide growth.

Strategic Growth Initiatives:

Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities, overseeing both operational and financial due diligence.
Partner with leadership and integration teams to onboard new advisors, teams, and clients.
Expand the firm's presence into new markets, positioning the firm as a leader in wealth management for ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Human Resources Operations & Team Development:

Oversee and manage the Human Capital program, including benefits, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Partner with the Chief People and Culture Officer to attract, onboard, and develop top talent that aligns with the firm's values.
