SASMAR is currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our leadership team. We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical company that specializes in personal care and fertility products, including our renowned Conceive Plus brand. Our products are distributed in over 70 countries through various channels including Online, supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores.

As the CMO at SASMAR, you will be responsible for overseeing the global marketing strategy, driving brand growth and market expansion, and leading the marketing team to achieve ambitious customer engagement and revenue goals.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and innovative mindset.

You must be able to demonstrate experience and success in a previous role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with SASMAR's business goals and objectives.

• Lead and manage the global marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and revenue growth.

• Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, promotions, and public relations.

• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand positioning and development.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and agencies to support marketing initiatives.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and market research.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Passion for innovation and creativity in marketing approaches.
