Salary - $250k - $300k (Base + Benefits) 

Job Description 
  • Lead overall business strategy, operations, and financial growth for a multi-unit restaurant retail brand.
  • Drive innovation in customer experience, digital transformation, and brand expansion.
  • Optimize supply chain, cost control, and operational efficiency across all locations.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing executive team to achieve company objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and franchise partners.

Experience:

  • 10+ years in restaurant retail leadership, with at least 5 years in an executive role.
  • Proven success in scaling restaurant brands and driving multi-unit profitability.
  • Expertise in financial management, P&L oversight, and operational efficiencies.
  • Strong background in customer engagement, brand development, and digital marketing.
  • Experience managing franchise operations, corporate-owned stores, and supply chain logistics.
