We are a Chronic Care Management company who provides non-face-to-face Care Management Services which may include but not limited to Health Risk Assessment, Chronic Care Management, and Behavioral Health Integration all within Medicare compliance.
Requirements
Must have an active License obtained through an accredited program.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent phone skills.
Must be a Team player.
Experience and bilingual is a plus
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to travel to Tulsa for training.
