Job Description

OTR Reefer Truck Driver

2026 Trucks & Reefers — Modern, reliable equipment.
Passenger Ride-Along Program — Bring a co-pilot!

Earn $1,550 – $1,850+ Weekly
Base Pay: $0.55 CPM + Incentives (Up to $0.68 CPM)
Clean DOT Inspection Bonus
24/7 Dispatch Support
Fuel Cards Provided
1099 Position

Driver Requirements:

2+ years OTR experience (Reefer experience preferred).
Clean MVR & PSP.
No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
No DUI/DWI in the last 3 years.
Must be at least 23 years old.
Felony/misdemeanor history reviewed case-by-case.

What You’ll Do:

Safely transport goods between plants, retail, and distribution centers.
Inspect and maintain your vehicle regularly.
Plan routes efficiently and stick to delivery schedules.
Follow all DOT and company safety regulations.
Handle delivery instructions and necessary paperwork.
Maneuver and position trucks for loading/unloading.
Report any issues, accidents, or violations promptly.
