Job Description

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for providing excellent customer service? We're looking for remote Call Center Agents to join our team! In this role, you will handle customer interactions, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for every caller. If you enjoy helping people and have strong attention to detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

Provide outstanding customer service and support through inbound and outbound calls.

Accurately capture and enter data while handling customer interactions.

Offer relevant products and services through upselling when appropriate.

Schedule appointments in a business-to-customer format.

Stay up to date on campaign products, services, and promotions.

Maintain professionalism and integrity while following company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

At least one year of call center experience using an automatic dialer and call scripting (Required for remote candidates).

A clear, professional, and friendly phone presence.

Strong active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Sales experience is a plus.

High school diploma or GED.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating different software.

Experience in an outbound calling environment is preferred.

Work-from-Home Requirements

A personal PC or laptop with Windows 10 or higher (Mac, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible).

A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (Ethernet cable required).

A USB-connected headset for clear communication.

A webcam for virtual meetings and training.

A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
