Our flagship property, Hilton McLean Tysons Corner ( , is searching for a Busperson to join their Food and Beverage team in the Harth Restaurant! This well known, high profile property is located directly adjacent to Hilton's headquarters in the bustling area of Tyson's Corner in McLean, Virginia. The beautiful 458 room property, boasts over 27,000 square feet of elegant meeting space and two food andbeverage outlets.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, will hold comparable experience in customer service and have full availability to work the ever-changing schedule of hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to begin their hospitality career.

Shift Pattern: AM and PM shifts, as early as 6AM and ending as late as 11PM, weekends and holidays availability required.

Pay Rate: $22.62 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Busperson, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Set, clear and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s) - Stock all service stations and assists food servers with table service.
• Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
