Job Description

Business Office and Accounting Coordinator Location San Antonio, TX : We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Office and Accounting Coordinator! This position is seated at the front desk of our stadium office, and your primary responsibility is to handle all administrative business office duties, HR related paperwork and Accounting administrative items for the team. Position Duties: Office Administration:
  • Handle front desk duties which may include handling calls, greeting guests and managing the mail for the office.
  • Management the ordering of all office and breakroom supplies.
  • Assist management with administrative duties such as sending correspondence and letters.
  • Screening unexpected guests during the business day and handling with grace.
  • Work closely with housekeeper to ensure all cleaning duties for the office are met.
Accounting Duties:
  • Handle the process of Accounts Payable and Receivables beginning to end.
  • Manage invoice approvals and coding.
  • Process and mail payments and checks.
  • Send out billing invoices as assigned and apply payments as received.
  • Reach out to clients about past due collections or overdue invoices.
  • Prepare deposits and make bank runs.
  • Handle various reports that impact accounting and the business.
  • Manage of credit card purchases, approvals and receipts.
HR
  • Work with HR and Managers to make sure all online paperwork for new hires is complete.
  • Run background checks on new hires.
  • Review time cards for payroll bi-weekly.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Candidates with any form of bookkeeping skills strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Previous front desk and office administrative skills a plus.
  • Previous experience using Excel, Word and databases a must.
  • Proven track record of loyalty in positions, and not consistent job hopping is sought.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Must be willing to work a weekday schedule from 9-5 pm daily.
