Job Title: Business Administrator

Location: Montrose, CO (on site required)

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business office administration and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing administrative staff, and ensuring efficient business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Design work schedules to organize employees effectively.
  • Coordinate and support administrative staff, providing guidance and training as necessary.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Resolve employee and client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the work facility is safe and in compliance with regulations.
  • Manage budgets, financial records, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to maintain office supplies and services.
  • Support human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with coworkers to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
