For more information, visit: Required Responsibilities: Plan and manage all aspects of bridge design and rehabilitation projects.Independently coordinate the work of engineers and balance the project delivery team throughout the entire project's development.Established client relations and was involved with marketing and proposal development, contractual matters, design, and production meetings.Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance.Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents in conjunction with staff from other technical disciplinesCoordinate workload throughout project development and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule.Track and manage project budgets.Mentor staff Preferred Responsibilities: Lead routine bridge inspections for state and local agencies.Manage and review load rating computations for structures owned by state and local agencies.Oversee and review bridge hydrology and hydraulics analyses.Qualifications include:10+years of experienceB.S. in Structural Engineering degree is required (M.S. is preferred)PE licensureExperience with MDOT-SHA, MDOT-MDTA, DelDOT and/or VDOTExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Excellent organizational skillsPositive attitude and good work ethic with a desire to work in a collaborative environment.NHI #130055 Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges (preferred)NHI #130078 Fracture Critical Inspection Techniques for Steel Bridges (preferred)
