Job Description
Join our team and make a difference! Planet Aid is seeking reliable box truck drivers for full-time positions with benefits, weekly pay, the opportunity for advancement, and consistent hours. Drivers will operate up to a 20-foot box truck collecting donated materials from Planet Aid's Collection bins.
Starting Pay : $21 an hour plus bonus, paid weekly
Schedule: 10-hour days, 4 days a week (SATURDAY MANDATORY)
Start time: Between 4 and 5 a.m.
Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, life/AD&D, vacation, sick time, holidays, and 401(k)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other responsibilities may be assigned):
Demonstrate safe/efficient box truck driving skills.
Empty the donation bins, collect donations, and dispose of any trash in/around the bins on a daily route.
Load donated materials into the truck in a safe and efficient manner.
Provide good customer service and communicate with customers in a professional manner.
Lift and toss bags weighing up to 50 pounds and push items up to 300 lbs.

Requirements:
Commercial small-truck diving experience required.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, driving record check, and a DOT physical.
Knowledge of FMCSA Guidelines.
