Root Tree Service and EnviroWorks, Inc. are locally owned, growing companies seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Bookkeeper to manage daily financial operations and support continued growth.

Position Details

• Pay: $25 per hour

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

• Location: In-office (local applicants only)

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily financial records for two related companies

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements

• Process payroll and related reports

• Prepare monthly financial statements

• Track job costs, expenses, and invoices

• Assist with tax preparation and coordinate with the CPA

• Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures

• Payroll

• Assist with miscellaneous office billimg

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred

• Strong understanding of accounting principles

• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential financial information

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Experience with service-based, construction, or tree service businesses is a plus
