Position: Bartender / Wine Server (Part-Time, with weekend availability)

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced bartender / wine server who is confident, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment. You’ll help us craft memorable evenings by offering tailored recommendations, creating wine flights, and keeping service smooth and upbeat.

Responsibilities:
Learn and master The Saint’s curatedcocktail wine list, with the ability to recommend thoughtful alternatives and create personalized tasting flights

Provide warm, knowledgeable, and engaging service

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking gracefully

Support wine, beer, cocktail, and plated service to both bar and seated guests

Use our POS system (Square experience a plus) to manage orders, transactions, and tips

Assist with bussing tables, delivering food, and keeping the space clean and inviting

Lift and handle wine cases (up to 40+ lbs) as needed

Maintain a team-oriented and professional attitude while working independently when needed

What We’re Looking For:
A passion for wine and a desire to share that knowledge with guests

A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a tight-knit team

Experience in bartending or restaurant service (preferred)

Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset

Required: Must live in Napa Valley be 21+ years of age
