We’re expanding our Chicago sales territory and hiring motivated B2B Field Sales Representatives to work directly with local businesses. Whether you have 1–2 years of sales experience or you’re a seasoned closer, we provide the training, tools, and earning potential to help you win.

Compensation That Actually Rewards Effort

Base salary starting at $40,000
Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses
Six-figure earning potential — mid performers easily earn $100,000+; Top performers - $150,000+
Paid bi-weekly commissions (no long waits) with base salary
Your income is tied to your activity and results — no ceiling.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prospect and sell to local Chicago businesses (C-stores, gas stations, retail, SMBs)
Conduct on-site visits and face-to-face presentations
Build and manage your own territory and pipeline
Close deals and grow long-term client relationships
Represent innovative business solutions used nationwide

Training & Support (Yes, Even If You’re New)

Open to candidates with as little as 1–2 years of sales experience
Full onboarding & sales training provided
Ongoing coaching, scripts, and field support
Clear path to senior, regional, or management roles
