Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to support business and IT stakeholders in gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering data-driven insights. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start or grow their career in business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, Use Cases)
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs
Assist in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation
Support UAT planning, test case creation, and defect tracking
Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)
Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge is a plus
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
Internship, academic projects, or training as a Business Analyst
Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, or Power BI
BA certification (ECBA, CBAP preferred but not mandatory)
