EchoParkAutomotive is hiring an Automotive Sales Admin/ Document Specialistfor our dealership in New Braunfels.As a Document Specialist you will play an important role in the smooth and friendly guest experience.If youre a selfsufficient resilient person who enjoys working in a fastpacedfun environment; were looking for you. As aDocument Specialist you will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of the financialdocumentationprocess. 

What Youll Do: 

• Assist with the final steps of the purchase process 
• Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing 
• Check all paperwork for the correct title lien information taxes etc. 
• Verify insurance trade payoffs and obtain deposits
