First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a customer-focused, engaging, goal-oriented Assistant Service Supervisor II to join our Kapolei Branch. In this role, you will oversee the operations of the Banking Center. Supervise employees, balance and prepare reports, ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, maintain branch workflow and assign coverage as needed, resolve customer service issues and aggressively cross-sells bank products and services.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM -1:30PM (hours may vary)
