Job Description

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a customer-focused, engaging, goal-oriented Assistant Service Supervisor II to join our Kapolei Branch. In this role, you will oversee the operations of the Banking Center. Supervise employees, balance and prepare reports, ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, maintain branch workflow and assign coverage as needed, resolve customer service issues and aggressively cross-sells bank products and services.

The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM -1:30PM (hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred or minimum 1 ½ years bank operations experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience also required. Good customer relations, business development, and analytical skills are essential.
• Must be highly motivated; a self-starter and goal oriented.
• Must be detail oriented, organized and be able to work well under pressure.
• Must also be tactful and possess the ability to use sound judgement in regard to confidential information.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required for frequent interaction with bank staff and customers.
