Job Description

Seeking an Asphalt Paver/Screed Operator for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Lebanon, TN.

This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k! 

Pay is between $27 - $32 per hour (based on experience)

• Perform work in accordance with local and commercial specifications.
• Recruit, train, and retain crew members and ensure they are focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Complete jobs within budget and on time.
• Coordinate between other crews, subs, and vendors. The time it takes
• Read blueprints, calculate mix, and implement architectural plans and specifications (application rates, slope, drainage, etc.)
• Instruct crew members in a professional manner in order to relay expectations and instill motivation.
• Work alongside crew members and assist in all capacities of applications.
• Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes.
• Respond to internal and external requests and provide high quality support to customers and colleagues.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every contact.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to operate a CAT and/or Weiler Paver. Ability to operate a Roller, and Skid Steer is a plus.
• 3+ years construction/asphalt experience required.
• Strong analytical ability, quantitative and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confidentiality and trustworthiness.
