We are seeking an Apprentice Plumber who possesses outstanding customer service skills, consultative selling abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with people. As an Apprentice Plumber, you will embark on a fulfilling career path in the plumbing industry. We are dedicated to fostering your growth and providing a comprehensive training program to mold you into a skilled and reliable plumbing professional.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hands-On Learning: Work under the guidance of experienced plumbers to gain practical, on-the-job experience. Participate in plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality plumbing services. Learn to assess and address plumbing needs to meet customer expectations.
  • Training and Development: Engage in both classroom and practical training sessions to acquire technical expertise. Accumulate necessary hours and experience to progress in your plumbing career.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the plumbing team to enhance your skills and knowledge. Contribute positively to a team-oriented work culture.

QUALIFICCATIONS:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent. Enrollment in or completion of a recognized plumbing program is a plus.
  • Teachability: Willingness to learn and absorb knowledge from experienced mentors.
  • Work Ethic: Display a strong work ethic and commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Punctuality: Consistently show up to work on time and ready to contribute.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with colleagues and customers.

SCHEDULE:

  • Availability to work Monday-Friday from 7:00AM-3:30PM (or until daily tasks are complete)

SALARY:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 based on experience and knowledge.
