Pay Rate/Range: $18-20/hr
Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Aircraft Assembly Associate to join a local aerospace company. The Assembly Associate will perform sheet metal assembly in accordance with blueprints and established process specifications. Responsibilities include drilling and reaming close tolerance holes, installing fasteners, applying sealants, and preparing assemblies for final inspection.
Job Requirements: This position requires previous aerospace assembly experience, including working with close tolerances and thin skins. Candidates should be comfortable with drilling, installing fasteners, and following blueprints. The ability to do detailed, hands-on work and follow instructions carefully is important. Experience with basic measurement tools is also needed.
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm
