**Job Title: Account Services Representative**
**Compensation:** $14/hour plus incentives and shift differentials

**Job Overview:**
As an Account Services Representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining the performance of our accounts and ensuring outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing inbound calls, with some outbound communication as needed. You will assist in collecting past due payments related to Homeowners Association (HOA) fees, maintenance, taxes, and use fees, all while adhering to federal and state regulations and our internal policies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with account owners via telephone to collect past due payments, including maintenance fees, taxes, and other charges.
- Identify accounts requiring further research or skip tracing, and take appropriate actions to ensure timely contact.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to owners regarding their accounts during each interaction.
- Follow established training and quality standards to deliver exceptional customer service, even in challenging situations.
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- A dedicated workspace at home that is free from distractions and interruptions.
- A stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 100 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps.
**Remote Work Considerations:**
This position is fully remote, and selected candidates will receive training online. You must have a designated work area at home and reliable internet access to perform your duties effectively.
